adsutil.vbs located c:\windows\servicepacks\i386
copy it to c:\windows\system32
run command.
adsutil set msftpsvc/DefaultLogonDomain "DomainName"
If it is the first time you are running adsutil, then it might state "wscript is not running" and just click ok.
run the command again and it will set the string.
Now, you won't have to format your ftp login for iis 6.0 as such domain\username
password
