i had the unpleasent experience of working with netopia routers again.
very non-intuitive for port forwarding.
the magic hiding place for this is
home>configure>advanced>software configuration
there is a tab for services.
The confusing piece is that netopia has pinholes which sounds alot like port forwarding, but if you have a configured services in the non-intuitive path above in software configuration, then when you setup a like pinhole, it will bark at you and not save the config.
